Biography:

I am so fortunate to be the Art Specialist at Skaggs where I get to follow my passion every day!

I grew up in Kansas City but made my way to Texas via The University of Texas at Austin where I studied Applied Learning and Development with a specialization in Art. My husband Britt and I have lived in Plano for a very long time - all 3 of our kids went to Plano ISD schools.

I am passionate about the Arts in Education and believe every child has a right to explore their talent and creativity. In the Skaggs Art Studio, we will explore the art process with critical thinking skills, creativity, reflection, and a whole lot of fun!

Biography:

I am a mom, wife, PE/Health teacher, and life-long learner here at Skaggs Elementary.  I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether it be at church, chilling at home, vacationing at Disney World, taking a cruise, or enjoying a nice walk with our 4-legged mini Goldendoodle, Blossom.  I believe that teaching is my calling from God and a true passion that I wholeheartedly enjoy.  I look forward to continuing to educate and guide all students through a quality Physical Education program that unites a foundation of physical literacy, wellness, and nutrition in order to empower students to live a healthy lifestyle.

Biography:

Hi Skaggs Stars!  My name is Ellie Repp, and I have been the music teacher at Skaggs Elementary since 2024.  I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in music education in 2023 and a master's degree in education in 2024, making me a proud “Double ‘Dore”! I grew up in the Dallas area and am so happy to be back in Texas!

As you might imagine, I love all things music related. Other pastimes high on my list include spending time with family and friends, going to see movies, exploring new restaurants, and hanging out with my yellow lab, Ted.

I look forward to making music with all of you this year!
